Your technician will be at your home for various lengths of time based on many factors, including but not limited to the size of your home, weather, and specific pest needs. The average home can take approximately 20-30 minutes to service.

Our recurring service plans offer great protection for your home. If you have any issues and are covered under our recurring protection plans, we will return at no extra charge to treat for covered pests. No, you do not need to be home for your service. All treatments are exterior only. If you require additional services that require interior access, we can arrange access with a garage or door code, or you are encouraged to be there to show the technician the exact location of the pest sighting. If you are unsure if a pest is covered under your plan, please call your account specialist.

If your protection plan includes reservices, we will schedule a return visit at no additional cost to treat for covered pests. Non-covered pests or plans that do not include reservices are an extra fee.

Pests do not die during cold weather. During these months, they will hibernate in key areas like soffits, behind siding, and around windows and doors. For the best results, we must come regularly to ensure an active protective barrier. We also perform visual inspections during these winter months to help catch issues before they occur, and we will monitor and maintain rodent stations as needed.

Regular maintenance, sealing entry points, and reducing food, water sources, and shelter can help prevent infestations.

To keep billing simple and consistent, charges are billed as steady monthly payments rather than per treatment.

All the products we use are kid and pet-friendly. We suggest waiting 30 minutes before letting your children and pets enter the area.

No contracts are required, however, we do require a service agreement to be signed that outlines the services you are agreeing to. You must have a recurring plan and a signed service agreement to continue receiving discounted rates. This agreement auto-renews on an annual basis. If you are wanting to cancel your recurring service plan, we do require 30 days notice of cancellation.
