FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does my "Initial" Service include?
A premium interior and exterior treatment, including inspection and removal of wasp nests and spider webs where accessible.
All treatments are exterior only unless you require additional services inside to address specific pest sightings?
No. Your initial service includes a premium interior and exterior treatment as mentioned in, “What does my initial service include”? After the initial service, all treatments are exterior only unless you like additional services inside to address specific pest sightings. Please take a look at the list of pests covered for more information.
How long can I expect my treatment to be effective?
Treatment effectiveness varies by pest, but typically, a treatment can last several months (up to 3). However, every pest is different and weather can play a significant role in our reduction efforts.
How long do treatments take at my home?
Your technician will be at your home for various lengths of time based on many factors, including the size of your home, weather, and specific pest needs. For your exterior-only treatment, the average home can take approximately 20-30 minutes to service.
What is my guarantee?
Our recurring service plans are designed to protect your home every three months. If you have any issues, please call and we will return at no extra charge to treat for covered pests.
Do I need to be home during my treatment?
We ask that you are home for your initial treatment. After the initial service, all treatments are exterior only unless you’d like additional services inside to address specific pest sightings. Please take a look at the list of pests covered for more information.
What if I have pest issues between quarterly services?
We will get back to you as soon as possible at no additional cost to treat for covered pests. Non-covered pests are an extra fee.
Do I need a winter service?
Pests do not die during cold weather. During these months, they will hibernate in key areas like soffits, behind siding, and around windows and doors. For the best results, we must come regularly to ensure an active protective barrier. We also perform visual inspections during these winter months to help catch issues before they occur, and we will monitor and maintain rodent stations as needed.
How can I prevent pests from returning?
Regular maintenance, sealing entry points, and reducing food, water sources, and shelter can help prevent infestations.
What is monthly budget billing?
Monthly budget billing lets you make monthly payments instead of per treatment.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?
All the products we use are kid—and pet-friendly. We suggest allowing 30 minutes before having your children and pets enter the area, including exterior applications.
Is there a contract period?
No contracts are required, but we need a service agreement to be signed that spells out the services you are agreeing to. You must have a recurring plan and a signed service agreement to continue receiving discounted rates. This agreement auto-renews on an annual basis.
